PROJET PHYLOSOPHY
an innovative concept – a place for professional encounters

At the gates of Luxembourg City and in the heart of the country of the same name, an innovative real estate project is born in terms of its design and philosophy. Located a stone’s throw from the international airport, the future Héienhaff exchange hub with 4,000 parking spaces and the A1 motorway, the project constitutes a real Gateway to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and its capital of same name.

A completely-free-of-cost tramway connects the capital from close-by Luxembourg International airport to Luxembourg-Kirchberg and Luxembourg-Cloche d’Or European and business areas.

It is therefore at this location that “Porte de Luxembourg” is located.

The location of this project is therefore to be considered as a true “Porte de Luxembourg” due to its strategic positioning and its privileged access to European and financial institutions.

It is also a gateway to Luxembourg through professionals who are already established there who have, for many years, been a real gateway for foreign investors wishing to set up in Luxembourg.

Finally, the name “Porte de Luxembourg” is also explained by the design of the building developed in collaboration with Luxembourg the architect Marc Disteldorff, renowned for large-scale projects and its avant-garde architecture and Luxembourg professionals of international reputation, like in particular Luxembourg the ironworker Guy Gardula. This project recalls, both by its front door and by the use of materials, the concept of “front door” to Luxembourg.

Indeed, the front door is designed in iron aluminum to recall Luxembourg’s steel-making past. The entrance hall is reminiscent of iron and wood, two elements that characterize the country. The use of wood represents the forests, the true green lungs of the country, Luxembourg was once under the French occupation of the Napoleonic era, the Département des Forêts, thus emphasizing the links with the country’s heritage.

The names of the conference and meeting rooms recall the names of major places from Luxembourg’s European past, as well as places linked to Luxembourg history.

The large conference room is named after the capital “Luxembourg”.
